Matthew Ward
Hello. My name is Matthew Ward. I recently moved to Chattanooga and have started Hello Delight, a marketing and communications strategy boutique. Most recently before this, I worked for an advertising agency in New York City as a strategist, helping brands find ways to compete more effectively using their unique equity, capabilities, and resources.
Sometimes, what I do involves pursuing traditional goals like brand awareness and recall. Other times, it’s far more exciting. At my best, I uncover new territories that brands can utilize to become integral parts of their consumers’ lives. I operate on the philosophy that when brands produce genuinely useful, non-interruptive assets for their consumers, they can become loved in a new way.
I've been in marketing for about 12 years, working in market reserach, technology, account, and strategy. I completed my undergradute studies at Georgia Tech and graduate at The University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business and the School of Engineering.
